Figure Drawing: Students will work on a stick figure flip book, a figure proportion map, and a grid self portrait.   The artist we will be talking about is Chuck Close.

New Teacher!!!

Beginning January 13th Chrissy Colbert is going to be teaching the Children's Art Classes at the Art Institute. She is my good friend and fellow art education student at BYU. I am really going to miss teaching these classes. I have had so much fun and learned allot from my students. Chrissy is a great teacher and I( cant wait for her to start teaching. The schedule will be the same, each Saturday at the Art Institute at Thanksgiving Point, 4-7 year olds from 11-12 and 8-12 year olds from 12-1. Call (801) 766-4111 to reserve your student a spot!
